What To Expect At Cornerstone

 This isn't a gym where you turn up, guess what to do, and hope for the best. Every session is coached, every member is known, and every programme is built around you. 

The Sessions

Small group sessions capped at 9 people, coached every single time. Sessions run up to an hour and get straight to work. No cardio warm-ups, no wasted time, just a specific warm-up for the main lifts and a structured workout built with purpose.


Equipment includes racks, barbells, cable stacks, dumbbells, benches, bikes and skiErgs. Everything you need, nothing you don't.

Your Programme

 Everyone at Cornerstone follows the same structured programme, but how that looks for you will be different to everyone else. 


Exercise selection is adapted to your ability, your history and your body. You progress at your own pace. 


This is personal training within a group setting, not a class. 

Nutrition

 Nutrition coaching is built around what works for you, not a rigid plan you'll abandon in a fortnight. 


Working together, we'll find the most practical, sustainable approach for your lifestyle and make sure it supports everything you're doing in the gym. 

Accountability

 This is where Cornerstone is different to anywhere you've trained before.

Regular check-ins with Ryan mean you're never left to figure things out alone. Whether that's a quick call, a face to face catch up, or tracking your progress in the Legit Fit app, you'll always know where you are, what's working, and what to focus on next.


This is a gym that notices when you don't make it in just as much as when you do.


Most people don't fail because they lack willpower. They fail because they lack support. 


At Cornerstone, that support is built into everything we do.

Getting Started

Before your first session, you'll have a full onboarding session with Ryan including a physical assessment, goal setting, and getting everything set up so you hit the ground running from day one.
